Hi, and welcome from Team Integrity WNC!!
We are Rebecca and Kim and in 2021 we decided to create a partnership that would allow us to better serve our clients in Western North Carolina. Team Integrity WNC was born and now you can benefit from our combined expertise! We so look forward to helping you to sell or purchase homes or land here in the western part of our beautiful state of North Carolina!
A little about each of us below…
Rebecca Condrey, a native of Marion, North Carolina. I am married to my soulmate, Mark and together we have 4 children and 6 grandchildren. We also share our home with a Doberman Lily, and very chatty cat named Artoo. We love calling these Blue Ridge Mountains and the Pisgah National Forest home. My faith is a big part of who I am. I love studying God’s word and sharing His love with people. My husband and I are very involved in our church where I play the piano. He leads the church and plays the guitar and violin. After 34 years in the insurance industry, God changed my path to real estate in 2016; a decision I have never regretted, and He has blessed greatly. I bring integrity and attention to detail to every transaction. I can be counted on to listen and respond quickly to my clients and their needs. My people skills allow me to relate and empathize with others and their situations. I educate them throughout the complex process of buying or selling a home and beyond. As a lifelong resident of Marion, I’m well versed in local regulations, facilities, schools, and the characteristics of different neighborhoods. I have a native’s insight to this area and the neighborhoods tucked away in this beautiful corner of North Carolina. I would love to help guide you in finding the right home to suit your needs and family. Real estate allows me to help people realize their dream of home ownership. Faith, Integrity, Compassion
Kim Moran, I live in Marion and love the small-town communities in Western North Carolina. There are such a growing, diverse population and people are welcoming and friendly. Over the years I have lived in New York, California, New Mexico and Florida and my wanderlust finally drew me to Asheville. I can honestly say that I have been to every state in the US except Alaska, and it is still on the bucket list.
After working as a system engineer, archaeologist and in veterinary hospital management and marketing, I have years of client service skills, problem solving and critical thinking experience. When looking for a new path in life, I decided that helping people find or sell their dream homes and mountain lifestyles was where I really wanted to spend my time. Assisting people in the sales process or the search to find a place to live, raise a family or retire and just relax is what makes me happy. It is all about that moment when you get the ahh-ha feeling that you have found the place where you can settle and create a new life. Now more than ever homes provide us with our safe space, to nurture, grow and thrive.
When I am not out exploring, you can usually find me either in the garden, cooking, reading, training & hiking with my dogs or out on the water kayaking. I am also active in animal rescue and fostering. You can usually find a few lost souls wandering around my home waiting to find their “happily ever after”. One of the things that I love about this area is that it offers so many opportunities get out in nature, take a wide variety of classes and meet new people! Helper, Traveler, Dog Lover
